Tropical heron spotted in UK for first time as more exotic birds arrive to thrill birdwatchers

A western reef heron, a tropical bird typically found between west Africa and India, was first spotted in the UK in north Wales. Experts suggest that rising temperatures may allow such species to survive British winters, leading to more sightings.
