A Global Trading Giant Enters Brazil’s Power Market
Commodity trader Trafigura has been approved by Brazil’s national electricity agency, ANEEL, to trade wholesale electricity in the country. Brazil’s power market is the world’s sixth-largest, and Trafigura highlighted its size and structure as key factors in the decision.
