Man charged with sexual misconduct accused of posing as physician, performing medical exams

Joshua Leonard James Himes, 36, was arrested in South Carolina on charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and practicing medicine without a license. Dorchester County deputies found he had falsely represented himself as a physician during medical exams and executed a search warrant at his home before booking him into detention.
