Three months on, family of custodial torture victim refuses to receive his body
The family of custodial torture victim Akash Delison has refused to receive his body three months after his death. The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court ordered his father to collect the body by June 15, 2026, at 5 p.m., warning that the state would dispose of it otherwise.
