Nationwide recall issued for saline nasal spray over possible contamination

Beekeepers Naturals is voluntarily recalling its saline nasal spray (Lot #5950, exp. 02/2028) due to possible microbial contamination, including Aspergillus spp. and elevated yeast levels. The FDA warns that immunocompromised individuals and those with lung disease face the highest risk, and four adverse reaction reports have been linked to the product.
