Russian authorities are linked to arson attacks on properties connected to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, according to police. A Russian-speaking handler allegedly directed suspects, including Ukrainian national Roman Lavrynovych and Romanian national Stanislav Carpiuc, through Telegram, promising payment and Russian citizenship. The Russian Embassy denied involvement.
