Idaho judge blocks transgender bathroom ban from fully going into effect

An Idaho judge issued a preliminary injunction blocking an Idaho law that criminalizes using a restroom not aligned with one’s sex assigned at birth from fully taking effect. The judge found the plaintiffs were likely to succeed in arguing the law is unconstitutionally vague.
