Molly says to expect lingering bands of showers for the remainder of your Wednesday

Lingering bands of showers will continue across the metro area on Wednesday as a low-pressure system moves eastward. A slight risk of severe storms remains for parts of southcentral and southeastern Minnesota this afternoon, with rain tapering overnight and drying by Thursday. The weekend is expected to be dry with temperatures in the mid-70s for Father’s Day.
