Arson, murder convict denied Arizona meeting records he says could clear his name
Louis Taylor, convicted of murder in the 1970 Pioneer Hotel Fire, was denied access to Pima County records he claims could prove a conspiracy against him. The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled he failed to demonstrate county supervisors illegally discussed vacating his conviction during a 2022 executive session.
