Man throws 'unknown liquid' on officers during arrest, says CSPD
Earle McFee, 58, was arrested after refusing to leave his vehicle during a police investigation into suspected drug use or prostitution. Officers used pepper spray to subdue him, and he allegedly threw an unknown liquid at two officers, causing minor injuries before being booked into El Paso County Jail.
