NYC building that exposed Anna Delvey’s wild scam finds a new buyer — and it definitely isn’t her
The NYC building at 281 Park Avenue South, previously linked to Anna Delvey’s scam, has entered contract with a new buyer. The 42,500-square-foot Beaux-Arts landmark, formerly known as the Church Missions House, is no longer owned by Delvey.
