Family of Eric Bigone files suit claiming landlord killed him in order to sell Sunset rental

The family of Eric Bigone filed a wrongful death lawsuit against his landlords, Philippe and Barbara Chagniot, alleging they harassed him for months to leave his Sunset residence before plotting his murder. The suit claims the landlords sought to sell the property after killing him.
