Teen passenger critically wounded as NYC carriage horse gets startled, bolts in Central Park

A teen passenger was critically wounded when a NYC carriage horse became startled and bolted in Central Park. Video footage shows the carriage operator chasing the runaway horse as the teen fell to the ground.
