Boulder launches largest-ever wildfire grazing program to protect homes

The City of Boulder has initiated its largest wildfire grazing program, using cattle to clear vegetation in 65 acres of Wildland Urban Interface areas to reduce wildfire risks. The effort, supported by residents like Vicki Bynum, aims to lower fuel loads near homes and infrastructure by grazing dry grasses and trampling dead vegetation.
