Kaua'i grand jury indicts man on 28 counts, including murder

A Kauaʻi grand jury has indicted William Robert Sinclair on 28 counts, including murder, attempted murder, and illegal firearm possession. He is accused of intentionally causing the death of Sergio Reyes Hernandez and possessing 20 firearms, three suppressors, and ammunition despite being prohibited from doing so.
