Morrison YMCA branch in south Charlotte to be closed, sold for $42.5M

The Morrison YMCA branch in south Charlotte will be sold for $42.5 million to Moments of Hope Church and closed by summer 2027. The facility will remain operational until then, with members retaining access to other YMCA locations.
