E-bike crash leaves man dead in Southeast DC, police say
An e-bike crash on the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge in Southeast D.C. resulted in a man's death on Wednesday afternoon. Police responded to the scene around 4:10 p.m. and found the unconscious man with trauma injuries; he was pronounced dead at a local hospital. The investigation indicated the crash involved only the e-bike and the victim.
