Minneapolis shooting suspect may be fleeing to Mexico, warrant out for arrest

The incident allegedly occurred after his sister, Angela Hernandez, reported a man exposing himself to her, leading to gunfire and a chase involving a black Infiniti sedan driven by Angela, which crashed into a police car.
