NYC expected to have tight security for Knick's parade

New York City is implementing tight security measures for the Knicks' parade, with Lower Manhattan locked down south of Canal Street starting at 7:00 a.m. Thursday. The area from river to river will be closed to all vehicles, and parking is already banned.
