Attacking an MP is not different from attacking the Parliament itself, says A.P. High Court
The A.P. High Court stated that attacking a Member of Parliament is equivalent to attacking Parliament itself during a hearing on an IPS officer's bail plea in a custodial torture case involving Raghu Ramakrishna Raju.
