Midstate residents pumped to attend grand opening of Tennessee’s first Wawa

Tennessee’s first Wawa opened in Clarksville, with over 40 people waiting in line by 6 a.m. for the 8 a.m. grand opening. The first 250 customers received free T-shirts and coffee, and Wawa announced plans to open seven locations in Tennessee this year as part of a $7.5 million investment per site, creating 1,750 jobs statewide.
