White House delivers Iran agreement to Congress
The White House sent a 14-point memorandum of understanding to Congress to temporarily halt hostilities with Iran. The agreement, signed by President Donald Trump in France, sets up 60 days of further negotiations on Iran's nuclear program. GOP senators and some House Republicans expressed anger over the delayed disclosure of the document to lawmakers.
