Nebraska judge sentences Chinese citizen to time served for photographing military aircraft
A Nebraska judge sentenced Tianrui Liang, a 21-year-old Chinese citizen, to time served for photographing military aircraft at a U.S. Air Force base. Liang pleaded guilty to a Class A misdemeanor and will serve a one-year supervised release if he returns to the United States.
