Vendors prepare for historic weekend events in downtown Norfolk

Vendors in downtown Norfolk are preparing for three major weekend events—Harborfest, Sail 250, and Juneteenth—sparking excitement among businesses. Out-of-state businesses are also setting up for their fourth Harborfest.
