15 miles of buoy barriers installed in Rio Grande in deep South Texas
Fifteen miles of buoy barriers have been installed along the Rio Grande in South Texas as part of U.S. Customs and Border Protection's 'Smart Wall' system, which the agency claims effectively prevents illegal immigration from Mexico.
