Colombia sees new peace breakthrough as 100 rebels hand over arms

About 100 guerrillas surrendered their weapons in southern Colombia under a peace deal with President Gustavo Petro. The rebels from the National Coordinating Committee of the Bolivarian Army laid down arms in Putumayo province ahead of the presidential runoff election.
