Woman seen abandoning group of cats stuffed in pet carriers in San Gabriel
A woman was captured on surveillance footage abandoning a group of cats stuffed into small carrier bags in San Gabriel. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society is searching for her after the incident occurred in the early morning hours of June 14.
