Iran declares victory in deal with US, while hard-liners push for tougher terms

Iran signed a memorandum of understanding with the Trump administration to end a war that began earlier this year, declaring it a major victory over the U.S. Iranian hard-liners, however, are pushing for tougher terms in the agreement.
