Taxi fleet severs ties with driver who made mid-road stop to let passengers out
A Hong Kong taxi fleet has terminated its collaboration with a driver after a cab stopped in the middle of the road in Tsuen Wan for two passengers to alight and retrieve suitcases from the boot. A video of the incident, showing passengers crossing traffic lanes near Global Plaza, circulated on social media, prompting authorities to request a report from the operator.
