Family of 3 displaced after fire ignites in Lauderhill apartment

A family of three was displaced after a fire ignited in a Lauderhill apartment caused by a pot left on the stove. No injuries occurred, but one person was checked for possible smoke inhalation. The American Red Cross is assisting the affected woman and two minors.
