United Way starts disaster relief fund after Tropical Storm Arthur

United Way Southwest Louisiana has launched the #UNITEDGULF Initiative to provide immediate assistance and long-term support for individuals and families recovering from devastating flooding caused by Tropical Storm Arthur across the Gulf Coast.
