Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean sued for $1.4M after ‘abruptly’ closing restaurant
Village 21 Investment Partners is suing Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, and Adam LaRoche for $1.4 million after the abrupt closure of their Nashville restaurant, E3 Chophouse, which allegedly breached a lease agreement by ceasing rent payments. The lawsuit, originally filed by GBT Realty Corporation, claims the defendants defaulted on their obligations under the lease guaranty.
