Need Advice: Is This Crypto Recovery Service Legitimate or Another Scam?

A user previously scammed out of $37,000 through a fake crypto platform was contacted by a self-proclaimed recovery service. The service requested evidence, helped create a Binance wallet via a Telegram link, and claimed to recover 27,563 USDT with a pending transaction. The user is now suspicious after being asked to deposit their own funds to 'activate' the wallet, which they question as a potential scam tactic.
