Unauthorized transaction in my payoneer account and emptied almost all the funds

A user reported unauthorized transactions draining their Payoneer account of nearly all funds. The user claims they did not authorize the withdrawals, received no 2FA prompts, and Payoneer customer support refused to refund the funds, directing them to contact the unknown recipient.
