[US] Stranger asking me to buy gift card in store

A person at a Walmart store was approached by a stranger offering to buy an iTunes or Apple gift card for $15, claiming to need extra money or to be a few dollars short. The individual declined due to suspicion, noting the stranger's odd behavior and smell, and an employee later intervened as the man continued approaching others.
