FBI captures $1.2B Medicare fraud fugitive in Philippines, second arrest from Most Wanted Fraudsters list
The FBI arrested Herbert Leon Kimble, a fugitive accused of orchestrating a $1.2 billion Medicare fraud scheme, in the Philippines. Kimble became the second suspect captured from the FBI's 'Most Wanted Fraudsters' list, following the arrest of Said Abdullahi Ereg.
