Stranded paddle boaters using makeshift sail rescued by Pasco County Sheriff’s Office off Gulf Coast of Florida

Two stranded paddleboarders were rescued off the Gulf Coast of Florida after being swept out to sea. They used a beach umbrella as a makeshift sail during their ordeal. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office and New Port Richey Police Department’s marine unit collaborated to bring them safely to shore.
