Stateless and forced into exile, Bahraini families stuck in limbo

Ali, a 31-year-old Bahraini citizen, and his three-month-old daughter were stripped of their citizenship in April 2023 and forced to flee Bahrain for Iran. Authorities demanded they surrender official documents, leaving them stateless and exiled with no possibility of return.
