Man accused of killing 62-year-old, kidnapping victim arrested

A man from Twentynine Palms was arrested on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, and kidnapping after fatally shooting one man and abducting another victim who had survived a shooting the previous night. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department reported deputies responded to the incident in the 6300 block of an unspecified location.
