Man shot and killed after allegedly assaulting LASD deputy with knife outside Lancaster sheriff's station

A man was shot and killed by a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy outside the Lancaster sheriff's station after allegedly assaulting the deputy with a knife. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. Sunday in the area of Lancaster Boulevard and Sierra Highway.
