Toddler fights for his life after being pulled from apartment complex pool, authorities say

A 3-year-old boy is in critical condition after being found in an apartment complex pool in Phoenix. A resident, Martin, pulled the child from the water, performed CPR, and called 911. Phoenix Fire officials are investigating how long the boy was submerged and whether the pool's gate was locked.
