India-EU trade pact to be signed by December; implemented from Feb-Mar next year: Piyush Goyal

India and the EU are set to sign a trade pact by December, with implementation expected from February to March next year. Piyush Goyal mentioned that U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer will visit India this week for trade discussions.
