Middle Tennessee man dies after falling from boat on Barren Fork River, TWRA says
A 48-year-old man from Manchester died after falling unresponsive from a boat on the Barren Fork River near Mount Leo, Tennessee. Emergency responders, including TWRA, EMS, and rescue squads, transported him to a hospital, but he did not survive. This incident marks Tennessee’s 10th boating-related fatality of 2026.
