Far-right millionaire Abelardo de la Espriella wins Colombia’s presidential runoff
Abelardo de la Espriella, a far-right millionaire and Trump-endorsed lawyer, won Colombia’s presidential runoff with 49.65% of the vote, defeating senator Iván Cepeda, who received 48.7%. Cepeda alleged vote count irregularities following the preliminary results.
