Iran says implementation in Lebanon will determine deal's future
Iran's foreign minister Abbas Araghchi welcomed progress in US-Iran talks, crediting Pakistani and Qatari mediation for easing restrictions on oil exports, lifting blockades, releasing frozen assets, and launching a reconstruction plan. He emphasized that the Lebanon deconfliction cell will be the first test of the agreement's success in ending military operations in Lebanon.
