2 young suspects in custody after shooting at high school in Philippines kills 3

Two 14- and 15-year-old students opened fire at San Jose National High School in Tacloban, Philippines, killing three students and injuring seven. The suspects, who claimed to be bullied, were arrested after a brief manhunt. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ordered an investigation and urged enhanced security in schools.
