Victory Mills man surrenders three animals after arrest

A 51-year-old man from Victory Mills was arrested by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office for animal abuse allegations, including overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals by failing to provide sustenance. He surrendered three animals following his arrest.
