Jury selection begins in trial of former Tenn. Titans scout accused of killing girlfriend, unborn baby
The trial of Blaise Taylor, a former Tennessee Titans scout accused of poisoning his girlfriend Jade Benning with cocaine, leading to her death and that of their unborn baby in 2023, is set to begin with jury selection. Taylor faces two counts of first-degree murder and was indicted in March 2024 after a grand jury review, having posted a $2.5 million bond in April 2024.
