Definium Therapeutics' LSD therapy (DT120) showed significant improvement in patients with major depression during a Phase 3 trial. Patients experienced a 13.3-point drop on the MADRS depression test at six weeks compared to 5.2 points in the placebo group, with effects maintained at 12 weeks.
