Man charged with homicide after 12-year-old killed by gunshot to the head in downtown Nashville

A 24-year-old man, Devin Orr, was arrested and charged with criminal homicide after a 12-year-old boy, Damarion Morehead, was killed by a gunshot to the head during a group altercation in downtown Nashville. The incident occurred on Sunday night near Union Street, and Orr was apprehended at a residence on Fisk Street early Monday.
